Debra is an Iyengar certified yoga teacher. She has a degree in Energy Healing from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and teaches energy work at Sacred Path Healing School in Kaimuki. She is also a licensed massage therapist and a Reiki Master. DEBRA'S CLASSES THURSDAY'S 8am-9am (Level 1A) SATURDAY'S 7:30-8:30 (Level 1A) Level 1A Basic yoga postures and concepts (including alignment, breathing, and relaxation).
