CELEBRATE KAIMUKI!
A event to bring the community together.

The Kaimuki Business and Professional Association ("KBPA") has partnered with Chaminade University, Saint Louis School (as the schools celebrate their 50th and 160" Anniversaries) and the Greater East Honolulu Community Alliance ("GEHCA") to put on a special event called "Celebrate Kaimuki!" Celebrate Kaimuki! is a direct result of our commitment to the community and the Kaimuki Business District.
Celebrate Kaimuki! will be held on March 25", 2006 and will feature:
- A Kaimuki Fun Run through Palolo Valley will kick off the day at 9 a.m. starting and finishing from the shared Chaminade University and Saint Louis School campus.
- On-campus fair with food booths, games, crafts, and entertainment from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
- Free Guided Kaimuki Trolley Rides up Waialae Avenue from the Chaminade/Saint Louis campus to the "Top of the Hill" (12th Avenue) starting at 11 :00 a.m. Each trolley will feature a guided tour of historic Kaimuki town. The trolleys will circulate from the campus to specific locations on Waialae Avenue to facilitate parking and walking traffic to participating merchants.
- Throughout the neighborhood, more than 30 Kaimuki merchants are participating with major discounts and specials in their stores. Find a bargain at the various crafters who are participating.
- The Kaimuki Business & Professional Association will also hold a drawing to win special prizes from Waialae merchants.
- Neighborhood schools and the Kaimuki Community Center will also be joining in the festivities.
- Free Parking on the Chaminade/Saint Louis campus.
- Fun afternoon tasting the offerings of some of the finest restaurants in Kaimuki
- and much more.
Let the kids spend time enjoying the fun of a real family day.
