Join us for the Hawaii premiere of the Robert t Schumann's rare and sumptuous oratorio, Paradise and the Peri. Bases on a Persian legend, Schumann considered it his finest work. Acclaimed mezzo-soprano Jennifer Lane will Join Singers and instrumentalists from across the state to perform this masterwork for soloists, chorus, and orchestra, containing soaring melodies and thrilling harmonies.

Now in its fourteenth season, the Hawaii Vocal Arts Ensemble directed by Tim Carney is known for its tonal beauty and imaginative programming.

The Ensemble is dedicated to bringing professional-level performances of significant choral repertoire to as wide an audience as possible. Hawaii Vocal Arts Ensemble is pleased to serve as chorus-in-residence at Chaminade University of Honolulu.
