For the first time ever, the KIDS FIRST! Film Festival comes to Hawaii! A project of the Coalition for Quality Childrens Media, KIDS FIRST! films are free of gratuitous violence; race, gender, or religious bias; and condescension towards kids. Age-appropriate groupings of classic, independent, short and sneak preview films entertain through a balance of animation and live action, plus varied themes from different cultures.

Mama Mirabelles Home Movies celebrates the comedy, drama and gentle wisdom of the animal kingdoms youngest characters through charming animation and remarkable clips culled from thousands of hours of footage from the outstanding archives of National Geographic and the BBC. Includes two episodes.
Knuffle Bunny, 10 min
Trixie, Daddy and Knuffle Bunny take a trip to the neighborhood laundromat, but their exciting adventure takes an unexpected turn when Trixie realizes something is missing. Brilliantly narrated by author Mo Willems and his real-life daughter, Trixie.
Paz: Three New Episodes, 24 min
Stimulating mix of live-action puppetry and whimsical animation. Each episode revolves around the everyday adventures of five-year-old penguin Paz, his mom, his grandfather, and his friends Rabbit, Dog and Pig.
