Market City Shopping Center Presents Halloween Family Fun to the Community
Costume Parade for Children and Families on Saturday, October 27 at 6:30 p.m.

HONOLULU-Market City Shopping Center, located at the corner of Kapiolani Boulevard and Kaimuki Avenue, will host their sixth annual Halloween Costume Parade for children 12 and under on Saturday, October 27 beginning at 6:30 p.m. Children are encouraged to attend the event decked out in their Halloween gear for a guided costume parade around the shopping center.

“Halloween falls on a school night this year, so we're celebrating a few days early on Saturday, October 27,” said Sandra Au Fong, Senior Vice President at Market City Shopping Center. “Every year we look forward to having children and their parents trick-or-treat at Market City where it is safe and fun.”

The Halloween costume parade will begin in the lobby next to Duck Lee Chinese Express Foods at 6:30 p.m. Market City Shopping Center will provide trick-or-treat bags. The costume parade will include stops at participating merchants who will hand out Halloween candies and other treats. Parents are asked to escort their children during the parade.

Children and their families can have their photo taken and framed, courtesy of Aloha Professional Imaging, Inc. Limit of one photo per family.

Market City Shopping Center, located at 2919 Kapiolani Boulevard, has been serving the Kapahulu, Kaimuki and Moiliili communities since 1948.
