The members of SamulGwangDae are boyhood friends, protégés of samulnori master drummer Kim Duk Soo, and now internationally touring, virtuoso percussionists in their own right. Thrill to their contemporary and theatrical reinterpretations of traditional farmers’ band music, shamanistic ceremonies, and acrobatic military exercises.
