The Manoa Jazz Festival returns for its second year in the magnificent outdoor setting of Andrews Amphitheatre. This time, we kick it up a notch with celebrated local and national big bands: the 'Iolani School Stage Band, Hawai'i Pacific University Jazz Ensemble, and headliner, one of New Orleans' hottest young street bands, Hot 8 Brass Band.

Concertgoers are welcome to bring low-back chairs and picnics (no alcoholic beverages or glass containers). Authentic Cajun cuisine from Kevin's Two Boots and local plate-lunch favorites from Simply Ono also available for purchase.

TICKETS go on sale August 1 and are available at www.etickethawaii.com, at any UH Ticket outlet (Stan Sheriff Center, Rainbowtique at Ward Centre, UH Manoa Campus Center ticket office, Windward Community College OCET office), or by calling 944-BOWS (-2697).
