How to create a healthy dinner with Chef Kathi


Objectives:

Whether you are cooking just for yourself, the two of you or for the whole family, it can be daunting and even annoying to figure out what to buy or cook for dinner let alone what’s healthy. Our presentation will help you in making healthy choices if you only have a little time to cook as well as introduce you to the components of healthy eating. We will create a menu, talk about how to shop for what's fresh and create a shopping list with you, (your family) and your health in mind.
