Most participants in any cessation class are there because someone cared enough to “twist their arm”...
their employer, spouse, sweetheart, their child who is scared because of all they hear about smoking...
Or, maybe they have a doctor who is blunt. If you have someone in your life who matters to you,
do what you can to have them join our next FREE FOR LIFE - Tobacco Cessation class.

Toni Baran smoked for 30 years and loved it. Smoking three packs a day, she did not want to stop.
She came to class because her bosses' wife "arm twisted" her.

The U. S. Army documents an 82% success rate using Toni's Free For Life - Tobacco Cessation Program.

Classes will be in room 201 - upstairs, first building to your right from the back parking lot.

1st class - January 4 - Prepare to be tobacco free.
2nd class - January 8 - Get rid of tobacco - safe and gentle.
3rd class - January 11 - Dealing with the thoughts of "just one".
4th class - January 15 - Graduating tobacco free
and living happily ever after .. honest.

Classes are Mondays & Fridays, 6 to 8 p.m. - 2 hours each for 2 weeks.
$100 per person - less than the cost of 3 cartons.

Miss Toni, I graduated your class in '97 at Schofield Bks. I did very well for 20 months. I backslid. I have tried numerous other programs, medications, patches, etc. They never worked as well as your program.
