As the sun sets on Waik k , the Aquarium lawn will light up with five unforgettable performances, as the Waik k Aquarium presents its 13th annual, summer concert series, Ke Kani O Ke Kai.
Each concert will feature some of the islands’ top performers in a setting like no-other – oceanside with a beautiful sunset and under the stars. The live entertainment will be accompanied by food from various restaurant partners and fun for the entire family. Doors will open at 5:30 p.m. and performances will commence at 7 p.m. The exciting line-up of entertainers are:
- Thursday, August 12 | Ho‘okena (Restaurant partner: Hula Grill Waikiki)
Advance ticket purchase is required (due to space limitations) - only 600 tickets are available per concert. Low sand chairs and beach mats only, please. Signature menu items provided by a leading Honolulu restaurant will be available for purchase at each performance. The Waik k Aquarium is a smoke-free facility. No outside food, beverages or coolers allowed. There will be no refunds; performances will be held rain or shine. Net proceeds from the 2010 Ke Kani O Ke Kai series will fund the first phase of a photovoltaic system at the Waikiki Aquarium.
