WHAT:
A lecture and workshop on getting up from and down to the floor. As part of its ongoing education, Kahala Nui will host a lecture and workshop to teach seniors to get up from and down to the floor in a manner that is both safe and easy. As our bodies age, this once simple activity becomes difficult and unmanageable for many. This event will teach a technique to perform this daily activity safely and efficiently. The public is invited; no reservations are required.
