Uni + Unagi = "Umami"

Umami is a loanword from Japanese meaning good Flavor or good taste . To create the perfect balance between the four basic tastes: sweet, salty, sour, and bitter.

That enigmatic fifth taste know as umami.

Chef Lydell Leong has created a fabulous menu for March‰Ûªs gourmet dinner to be held in our private dining room.
