2. Filling of Board Vacancy - Seat in Subdistrict 1 left vacant by the resignation of Board Member Lisa Shorba due to moving out of the Kaimuki district.

5.1. Speeding in Kaimuki and Kahala. In light of recent crackdown in West Oahu on moving violations, resulting in 500 citations, request for same for East Oahu.

6.1. Community Recycling Bin Program to be Discontinued, Bins Removed from Schools.

6.2. Maunalani Heights Park - Community Use of Building; Permitting Dogs in Park.

6.3. Resident Proposal to Reroute No. 3 Route Bus to Bypass Portion of 18th Avenue Having No Sidewalks.

6.4. Rehabilitation of "Private" Roads Mauka of Wai'alae Avenue.

6.5. Approval of Kaimuki Neighborhood Board Newsletter.
