Happy New Year! The Plumeria Beach House New Year’s Day Brunch Buffet will both astound and amaze your taste buds. Begin your dining with an assortment of salads of the world—Greek salad with feta, Chinese chicken, Japanese tomato, cucumber, and ogo, and the classic Roman Caesar salad. Then find your way to the chilled seafood bar overflowing with housemade sushi, ahi sashimi, tako kim chee poke, and mussels and oysters on the half shell. At the carving station, rare to well prime rib au jus and maple and brown sugar glazed ham. In the hot pods, oven roasted lamb chops with port wine sauce, misoyaki butterfish, and sautéed chicken breast Madeira. Thin Kahala pancakes await your favorite toppings and syrups. And while you’re here, may as well include a stop at the Bloody Mary Bar where you can mix up your own special concoction with a vodka, gin or tequila base. At the dessert bar, heap your plate with sesame crunch tartlets, white chocolate mousse with cassis, strawberry Napoleon, or Kahala Bread pudding. Brunch at Plumeria Beach House is a great way to start the New Year!

The Plumeria Beach House Friday and Saturday night seafood buffet is the best in town. Visit all the stations, from salads and chilled seafood, to the pasta bar and carving tables to pick and choose your favorites. Assorted domestic and imported cheeses and hot soups, as well and sliced fresh fruits and a wide variety of tantalizing and tempting desserts round out your meal. It’s the best seafood bargain in town. Main entrees change nightly and seasonally for the best variety.

Live Entertainment with David Swanson on Piano
Enjoy piano jazzman David Swanson playing contemporary and classic tunes with a jazz infusion nightly, Tuesday through Saturday in The Veranda lounge from 7:30 p.m. until 11 p.m. Take your date on a twirl around the dance floor or enjoy the night air and ocean views on the lanai. This comfortable lounge overlooks the Dolphin Lagoon with a choice of indoor or outdoor seating. Large, upholstered chairs are perfect and extra comfy for lingering over a cocktail or late night, after dinner snacks.  Cocktails, assorted pupu selections, and casual dessert fare are offered on the new menu from The Kahala kitchens.

Enjoy salads and dessert selections too—it’s all you can eat.  A la carte menu selections are also available including the popular and near-famous Kahala Burger, Chinese Hoisin Roasted Chicken Salad, and the Pipikaula Reuben Sandwich. Ocean views and al fresco dining make every lunch a special occasion. Large tables may be reserved for showers, birthdays, and business lunches.
