 Recently revamped to meet the new Yoga Alliance standards, Yoga Hawaii’s teacher training utilizes the postures from Ashtanga Yoga’s Primary series and interweaves daily Yoga Sutra study, building an integrated foundation for your teaching. All teaching methodology can be applied to any style of yoga you may choose to pursue, and successful completion of this course will qualify you for registry (200 hours) with the Yoga Alliance.

Yoga Hawaii offers vigorous (Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga) and gentle (our Yoga Basics classes) classes for all levels of practitioners. Yoga Hawaii is a Yoga Alliance Registered Training Facility and offers a 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training, as well as ongoing teaching training modules.
