Conference * Lecture * Training * Conference calling
  • Conference table will seat 10 people for meeting or conference calling. - 10 additional seats are available away from conference table.
  • Lecture or Presentation Layout will seat 20 with equipment setup space allowance.

  • Full Duplex Conference phone
Laser Color and black & white printing & copying center
  • Print from your personal disk direct to printer.
  • Copy from your original document.
  • Automatic duplexer.
  • Letter, Legal, & Ledger paper size available.
  • Self - service (for the jobs which are too small to send out to a Printer , yet too large for your personal printer)
Pricing

Room Charge
  • $25.00 per hour: Monday to Friday 7:00 am- 6:00 pm; Saturday 7:00 am - 1:00 pm.
  • $30.00 per hour: Monday to Friday 6:00 pm till 10:00 pm; Saturday from 1:00 pm till 4:00 pm; Sunday from 9:00 am till 4:00 pm (due to after hour A/C charge)
  • $25.00 flat rate for equipment rental to use in conference room. (DVD, VCR, Projector, Laptop, Full Duplex Conference Phone (Long- Distance calling card-$10 extra)
Copying & Printing Charge
  • $.10/copy for Black & White printing or copying.
  • $.25/copy for Color printing or copying.
  • Ledger size = 2 copies.
  • Double side = 2 copies
  • Free hole punching and stapling while printing or copying.
  • Making Booklets: Setup charge & pricing base on individual quote.
