 Yoga Hawaii has been open since October 1999, founded by Tania Jo Ingrahm and Rupali Embry, friends and fellow yoginis for over 20 years.
From the very beginning, their shared vision for Yoga Hawaii was that of a vital yoga shala (yoga school) filled with sincerely interested practitioners engaged in the deeper practices of this ancient tradition.
Happily, we've succeeded!
Now, ten years later, we serve as guides for you, whether you've a beginner, intermediate or advanced practitioner. We assist you in finding what you want from this practice, whether it's healing, fitness, peace of mind or a just a more positive outlook.
From the minute you walk through our doors, we welcome you as a member of Yoga Hawaii vibrant yoga community.
VIEW YOGA HAWAII KAIMUKI SCHEDULE
Yoga Hawaii offers vigorous (Ashtanga and Vinyasa yoga) and gentle (our Yoga Basics classes) classes for all levels of practitioners.
We are dedicated to creating a supportive environment for your ongoing development and understanding of how yoga can serve you in your current life. Our instructors are well-trained, ethical in their approach and mindful of each student's physical, mental and spiritual well-being.
Yoga Hawaii is a Yoga Alliance Registered Training Facility and offers a 200-hour Yoga Alliance registered teacher training, as well as ongoing teaching training modules.
