Fill out the form on the right menu to get more info/offer>>> Debra began yoga while living in Japan in 1980. She started teaching in L.A. in 1989 and has been teaching on Oahu since 1993. Debra is an Iyengar certified yoga teacher. She has a degree in Energy Healing from the Barbara Brennan School of Healing and teaches energy work at Sacred Path Healing School in Kaimuki. She is also a licensed massage therapist and a Reiki Master. DEBRA'S CLASSES THURSDAY'S 8am-9am (Level 1A) SATURDAY'S 7:30-8:30 (Level 1A) Level 1A Basic yoga postures and concepts (including alignment, breathing, and relaxation).
