 Hawaii Women’s Business Center, a local non profit agency, has been selected as the beneficiary of the grand opening of “Pearl,” a new 5,835 square foot, split-level venue located at Ho’okipa Terrace at Ala Moana Center. The August 16 opening will be a private “red carpet” event featuring a sampling of the elegant Pacific Rim tapas menu, exotic signature cocktails, fine wines and array of entertainment. The event will be a celebration of women’s achievements in business and community in Hawaii.
“Pearl was created with women in mind so HWBC is a good match,” says owner Beau Mohr. “The ambience is upscale and elegant. Our audience is women with busy careers, women who are sociable, successful, and enjoy spending time with their clients and friends in a welcoming environment. Pearl is the place for them. We hope they will visit, re-visit and recommend it to all of their friends”.
The proceeds from ticket sales will be used to expand Hawaii Women’s Business Center’s (HWBC) counseling and training opportunities and other programs assisting women business owners.
