This 4 hour workshop will help to “Know Your Buyer” by providing information, self discovery, experiential learning, practice sessions and handouts. Have fun while you make powerful discoveries about yourself and others. Understand your own type preference and how it applies to selling; Focus your attention on your customer’s personal approach needs; Learn to identify behavior cues to your customer’s personality type preference; Match your sales approach to your customer’s preference.
