This conference is an opportunity for you to support the personal and professional development of your Gen X and Y team members. Even if you mentor them yourself, encouraging them to find outside mentors will enhance your efforts and support the goals you have for your employees. For Gen X and Gen Y Leaders: If you are a leader or aspire to be one, and would like to experience the value of having a mentor, this conference is an opportunity to learn new skills and “interview” possible mentors.
