State and county government officials have partners with Hawaii's estate industry leaders to bring this nationally recognized program to Oahu. This is one part of many efforts to stop illegal drug activities and other criminal activities that threaten the health, safety, and welfare of our residential neighborhoods.
While the Attorney General and the County Prosecutors have the option of taking action against property managers or owners who permit criminal activity on their properties, they would prefer to work with landlords to avoid reaching such a level.
The presenter is John Campbell of Campbell DeLong Resources, Inc. It will be held February 26 at the Japanese Cultural Center of Hawaii from 8:30 am to 5 pm (check-in starts at 8 am.) There is a $32 fee, which includes lunch, a manual with applicable laws and references. Continuing education credits are offered for an additional fee to real estate license holders. Register by Feb. 15 at www.hawaiirealtors.com.
