Kaimuki Neighborhood Board - Minutes Of March 20th, 2008 Posted  MEMORANDUM FOR THE RECORD WEDNESDAY, MARCH 19, 2008 LILIOKALAI ELEMENTARY SCHOOL NO QUORUM, NO MEETING: At 7:20 p.m. Chair Hernandez announced that due to the lack of quorum, less than 6 members present, the Regular Meeting of the Kaimuki Neighborhood Board No. 04 was cancelled. The next Regular Board Meeting will be held Wednesday, April 16, 2008. MEMBERS PRESENT: Daniel Carvalho, Randolph Hack, Chair Eduardo Hernandez, Sharon Schneider, Vernon Tam. MEMBERS ABSENT: Jim Cone, Abigail Leong, Dori Rybacki-Smith. VACANT BOARD SEATS: Three (3) seats in Sub District 1. GUESTS: Jay Ishibashi (Mayor’s Representative), Representative Barbara Marumoto, Representative Calvin Say, Candace Van Buren (Representative Scott Nishimoto’s Office), Lori Wingard (Councilmember Charles Djou’s Office), Lorna Heller (Board of Water Supply), Lydia Chock (Leahi Hospital), Capt. C. Sasaki (Honolulu Fire Department), Sgt. C. Sukekane, Lt. M. Nakada (Honolulu Police Department), Cal Chun, Glenn Yamasaki, C.
