EVENT:The Mackey Marianist Lecture Series presents, "Eucharist and the Church's Prophetic Mission" WHO: Co-hosted by Saint Louis School, the Marianist Center of Hawaii and Chaminade University of Honolulu, the lecture features the Rev. David Power, Oblates of Mary Immaculate (OMI), professor emeritus from the School of Theology and Religious Studies -- Catholic University of America. WHAT: Rev. Power will discuss how the Church draws inspiration from its character as a Eucharistic community and is called to be prophetic in today's culture and society.
