Join us for a special cooking class as we feature wonderful champagnes that will include Moet et Chandon, Domaine Chandon, Veuve Cliquot and a surprise Champagne.Ê Our demonstration cooking class is not only informative, but delicious as well.Ê You will enjoy a full dinner of the items demonstrated by executive chef Russell Siu and will also include a tasting of the champagnes. Ê Carpaccio of Seared Wild Salmon, Crispy Maui Onions, Lemon Dill Vinaigrette Seafood Crepe with White Wine Mushroom Sauce Sautéed Breast of Chicken with Prosciutto, Oven Dried Tomatoes, Spinach & Provolone Cheese, Mushroom Marsala Sauce Fresh Apple & Berry Pot Pie Ê $70.00 inclusive of tax & gratuity *the class will start promptly at 6:00 pm and seating is on a first come first serve basis.Ê Limited seating by reservations only.
