Join us November 18, 2006 from 6 – 9 pm for Crescendo! Fall 2006. Now in its sixth year, Crescendo! is an elegant evening of good food, outstanding silent auction items, a select performance by the Hawai`i Vocal arts Ensemble.
Musical Chairs
This year’s Crescendo! will feature a live auction of one-of-a-kind chairs created locally by a selection of Hawai`i painters, decorators, and other creative people.
Television and radio personality Kimo Kahoano will be our auctioneer for the evening. All proceeds will be used for our main educational outreach activity, the Hawaii Vocal Masterworks Festival, a weeklong series of master classes and rehearsals for high school and college-age orchestral musicians in conjunction with our Festival choral activities.
Hawai’i Vocal Arts Ensemble, Timothy Carney Music Director, is now in its fifteenth season of performing choral music at the highest professional level for the people of Hawai`i.
