The Hawai’i Vocal Arts Ensemble will perform their Candlelight Christmas Concerts in the beautiful Mystical Rose Oratory at Chaminade University on December 16th at 7:30 pm and December 17th at 4:00 pm. The serene beauty of the candlelit chapel is the perfect backdrop for traditional and contemporary holiday music sung with the warmth and expressiveness of Hawaii’s finest voices.
Traditional and contemporary music for the holidays will be sung with the warmth and expressiveness of Hawai‘i’s finest voices. The popular audience carols provide audience members an opportunity to sing carols with this world-class ensemble.
General seating for both concerts is $20.00 for adults, $15.00 for military personnel and adults over sixty-five, and $5.00 for kindergarten through college-age students. Preferred seating for both concerts is available for $35.00
Now in its fifteenth season, the Hawai‘i Vocal Arts Ensemble directed by Tim Carney is known for its tonal beauty and imaginative programming. The Ensemble is dedicated to bringing professional-level performances of significant choral repertoire to as wide an audience as possible. Hawai‘i Vocal Arts Ensemble is pleased to serve as chorus-in-residence at Chaminade University of Honolulu.
