Singer, songwriter and slack key guitar virtuoso Cindy Combs will be celebrating the release of her CD "Sunny Rain" with a series of free concerts at these public libraries:

Kaimuki Library~ Monday, August 20th at 6:30 PM

Kapolei Library~ Tuesday, August 21st at 6:30 PM

Kaneohe Library~ Wednesday, August 22nd at 6:30 PM

Kailua Library~ Thursday, August 23rd at 6:30 PM

Combs, who has been performing for more than 30 years, blends
traditional Hawaiian music with contemporary jazz styling to create a
sound all her own. Cindyâs unique style is influenced by her early
exposure to Hawaiian music and American music, as well as from her
lessons with Keola Beamer in 1971.

Call the hosting library two weeks in advance if a sign language
interpreter or other special accommodation is needed.
