Get Your Family Legal Affairs Organized @ McCully-Moiliili Public
Library, a free presentation, is scheduled for Thursday, Nov. 15 at 5
p.m. in the Auditorium. Admission is free.
Conducting this presentation will be Attorney Scott Suzuki, J.D.,
M.P.H., a volunteer with the University of Hawaii at Manoa Elder Law
Program, where he assists senior and disabled clients with a wide range
of legal concerns.
Suzuki will discuss topics such as advanced healthcare directives, power
of attorney, trusts, living wills, Medicare and Medicaid. Following the
presentation will be a question-and-answer session. Participants should
come prepared with their questions on legal matters.
This one-hour presentation is recommended for adults.
Call the library as soon as possible if a sign language interpreter or
other special accommodation is needed.
McCully-Moiliili Public Library is located at 2211 South King Street.
