So what're we drinking...

----- The Featured Limited Wines -----

New Zealand Gisborne Merlot - Dry and medium-bodied, with a soft, supple fruity palate of ripe plums and warm boysenberry pie. Accentuated with a light toasty oak, whiffs of baker's spices, a round mouthful and an elegant finish. Mm mm MMmmm.
(at press time, we've only got 6 left!)

Alsatian Riesling (dry) - Nestled between Switzerland, France & Germany, you should know Alsace. The wines are divine.
This dry white has finesse and bracing vividness, medium bodied, steely and crisp. It is both sippable and drinkable. It is a joy of white fruits, crunchy apple, fresh flowers, wet stone minerality, lively acidity, and summer time.
btw - NO one has had this yet. So this'll be the 1st. Rockin.

South African Swartland Region Cabernet Sauvignon - North of Cape Town, these vines are dry-farmed and trained as bushvines, focusing the effects of terroir and giving the grapes time to mature slowly and fully. What's that mean in a glass? Delicious Cabernet-ness - dense deep blackberry, black pepper, herbal aroma notes, and abundant tannins. Watch out.

New Zealand Marlborough Gewurztraminer (sweet) - This is NZ's flagship region for wine, and its little wonder why.
The grapes this year come from internationally renowned Alan Scott Estates. An early harvest allowed the development of intense aromatics and classic varietal spiciness. Its a beautiful golden colored white, with ample luscious flavors of lychee, tropical fruit and roses. And we already only have 4 left.

Italian Dolcetto - "the little one". This charming wine will wink at you and win you over with its delightful loveliness. From the Piedmont region of northwest Italy, it is the first grape of a season to ripen in the area's classic chalky hillside soils. Its characteristically the wine everyone there loves drinking, while they're (im)patiently waiting the decade for the Barolos to be ready. So in the meantime, drink up!

Tosca Rosso - This is one of our own unique WTX signature blended wines, and we only have a limited stock. Its a Supertuscan styled wine, combining the best of Sangiovese, Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, and our own little touches. Its deep, dark, deadly and deeelish.

Orange Blossom Muscat - now THIS is a treat!
Totally a dessert. Smells like orange flowers and honey.
Tastes like heaven.
& there are only 3 left. It may not make it til next week.

OK, these are all subject to availability, so don't hold it against us if we run out of any before the tasting night!!! We'll definitely be trying at least six... :)

We'll look forward to tasting with you soon!

Cheers!!! Ê

PS - Don't forget to call if you want to join us for the tasting!!!
