Baby Boot Camp Every Monday and Wednesday at the Theatre Wing from 8:45–9:45AM Join Baby Boot
Camp, a stroller-based fitness classes are designed specifically to help moms get fit. It takes the place of
a personal trainer at a time in your life when you need one more than ever. Classes combine strength-
training exercises with cardiovascular drills. Pilates, yoga and abdominal exercises help improve core
strength. The stroller, resistance tubes (and even your child!) are used as an integral part of the workout.

Annual Halloween Costume Contest hosted by the City & County of Honolulu Department of Parks
& Recreation Waialae Complex - On October 29 from 6PM-9PM, dress up your keiki in their favorite

Halloween Trick or Treat at the Mall On October 31, bring your keiki in their costume and Trick-or-Treat
at participating stores from 6:30pm to 8pm.

Luk Tung Kuen Movement Class is every Monday, Friday and Saturday at Center Court from 8-9AM
enjoy this popular, low impact exercise class is FREE and open to anyone interested! Originating in
China, this class incorporates 36 movements that emphasize circulation and unblocking the body's
