Waikiki Community Center (WCC) welcomes the public in meeting Dr. Cory Holly Canada?s ambassador of sports nutrition, health and fitness on Saturdays at 2:00PM January 9-March 13 in room 201E for 1-hour followed by Q&A handouts included. Dr. Holly, Naturopath and Founder and CEO of the Cory Holly Institute. The Cory Holly Institute helps people around the world integrate optimum nutrition, functional exercise and natural health products into their daily lives. Dr. Holly will provide this special 10-week Health and Wellness Series to include Nutrition, Fitness, Dietary Supplements, Body Composition, Energy, Natural Therapies, Stress Management and Motivation, and has competed in numerous sports and was a Grand Master Silver Medalist at the 10th Annual INBA Natural Olympia in Greece. Fee: WCC Members $149.00/ Non-Members $200.00. Drop in admission fee payable at the door: $20.00/person. Room 201E is located, second floor in E building. WCC offers complimentary pa!
