  Cost: $150 or 30 volunteer hours

This 3-week course is designed to teach community members how to produce, shoot, and edit their own videos for Olelo Community Media public access television. The first week will consist of the introduction of Olelo's policies/procedures as well as the creation of a Public Service Announcement (PSA) concept. During the second week, students will learn how to operate the Sony PDx10 camera and its accessories.

The third week will be dedicated to editing where students will learn how to use Final Cut Pro software. Students are expected to complete a short 30-sec to 1-min PSA of the topic of their choice. Upon completion, students will be official certified Olelo producers.
