Did you know that meditation can offer various health benefits such as lowered blood pressure, enhanced immune function, stress reduction, and pain management?

"Meditation for Everyone," a free four-session series, will be presented at Aina Haina Public Library on Tuesdays, March 29, April 12, 19, and 26 from 6 p.m. - 7:15 p.m. in the Meeting Room.

Allie Shields of the Mahasiddha Kadampa Buddhist Center will demonstrate and discuss how the healthy habit of meditation can be added to your everyday life. Although each session is taught as part of a series, newcomers are always welcome. This program is suitable for ages 12 and older, and especially for teens and adults.

Contact the Library two weeks in advance if a sign interpreter or other special accommodation is needed.

Aina Haina Public Library is located at 5246 Kalanianaole Highway. For more information, please call the Library at 377-2456.
