2. Filling of Vacant Board Seats: There is one (1) vacancy in Subdistrict 1, East Kaimuki and Business District. If needed, a short recess to administer the oath of office to any newly appointed board member

7.1 Update on Traffic Issues in Kaimuki – City Department of Transportation Services (DTS) Director Wayne Yoshioka, Kelly Cruz, et al.

7.1.1 Intersection of Kilauea Avenue and 18th Avenue. Also, other intersections on the downhill of Kilauea Avenue and 14th – 19th Avenues.

7.1.2 Harding Avenue Left Hand Turn Lane at 11th Avenue

7.1.3 Request for Traffic Signal at Harding Avenue and 12th Avenue Intersection

7.1.4 Proposed Bicycle Lanes and Waialae Avenue Rehabilitation
