HONOLULU'S LARGEST FOOD AND WINE FESTIVAL COMING IN MAY!

HONOLULU -- One of Honolulu's largest and most anticipated food and wine festivals will be held on Saturday, May 3rd from 5:30 -- 9:30 p.m. on the Star of the Sea school grounds (4470 Aliikoa Street). This is Star of the Sea Church and Schools' 9th Annual Food and Wine Festival and this "all you can eat and drink" family event promises to be an evening you will not forget.

Guests will sample variety of delicious cuisine and wine from the following chefs and restaurants including: the brand new Park Restaurant at the Lotus Hotel, A Cup of Tea, Big City Diner, Catering Kalima's, Da Spot Health Foods & Juices, Dave & Buster's, Elite Catering, Gyotaku, JJ's French Bistro, Kahala Nui, Kona Brewing Company, Maile's Thai Bistro, Ninja Sushi, Romano's Macaroni Grill, Ruth's Chris Steakhouse and many more restaurants. Chefs Michelle Karr-Ueoka and Wade Ueoka of MW Restaurant will be this year's celebrity chefs providing table side cooking for our Platinum sponsors.

Growing in size each year, we anticipate more than 2,000 people will attend this year's Festival. Bring the entire family and join us for an evening of fun-filled festivities. Guests will be treated to live entertainment by Kona Winds featuring Mary B., The Shining Star Band, and Hawaii's hottest teenage classic rock band, Chaotic Five. For the keiki, there will be games andrides in the Keiki Corner and adults can pick up great gifts from the Silent Auction area including travel packages, gift baskets, jewelry, paintings, food and wine items, baked goods, and gift certificates.

All proceeds from the Food Festival will benefit the Star of the Sea Church and Schools. Proceeds from previous events have provided classroom smart boards, playground equipment, and new computers for the children as well as providing funds throughout the year to assist with the Star of the Sea Youth and Homeless Ministries in our community.

Get your tickets early. Cost is $65 per person (or $75 at the event), and $25 for children ages 3-13. VIP reserved tables are available at $1,300, $3,000 and $10,000. For ticket information please call 734-0396 or email ehffinfo@gmail.com
