Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under three (3) minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports less than three (3) minutes. Please silence all electronic devices. §2-11-311 Order and decorum. (a) All commissioners shall promote and preserve the order and decorum of the commission's proceedings.

Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (HRS 92), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda. The presiding officer of the commission or the commission may expel any individual whose conduct at the commission meeting is disruptive, disorderly, contemptuous, or improper for the conduct of business at the commission meeting. Nominee or volunteer living in the district/subdistrict of the vacancy will need to be verified by the Neighborhood Commission Office during a short recess and then to be sworn in upon approval of the Board.

5. RESIDENTS'/COMMUNITY CONCERNS (Limited to three (3) minutes each) NOTE: Because of the State "Sunshine Law," concerns may be presented, but Board can take no action during current meeting. All items for decision must be published on the agenda seven (7) days prior to the board meeting. 6. PRESENTATIONS:

A. Department of Transportation (DTS) Public Transit Title VI Program: In order to determine if public transit services are provided in a non-discriminatory manner, DTS must report to the Federal Transit Administration (FTA). This presentation will provide information on the FTA Title VI Program report contents which include: public transit service standards, policies and procedures, and the Title VI complaint process. DTS will also host a public hearing for the 2016 Title VI Program on Friday, April 8, 2016 from 9:30 a.m. -- 11:30 a.m. at the Mission Memorial Hearings Room.

B. Blue Zone Project Selection Process: Selected communities will gain access to national expertise and a dedicated team of local resources to plan for and implement long-term, evidence-based changes that support healthier, more active lifestyles and lead to measurable improvements in overall well-being. A. The Pālolo Neighborhood Board's Next Regular Meeting is Wednesday, April 13, 2016 at 7:00 PM at Pālolo Elementary School Cafeteria.

B. Bulky Trash Pick-Up -- Take out no-earlier-than one day before Wednesday, March 16, 2016 (third Wednesday of every month) to preserve the beauty of the valley.

C. Farmers' Market -- Every Wednesday from 6:30 a.m. - 7:20 a.m. at Pālolo District Park

D. 'Olelo Broadcast Slots -- The Pālolo Neighborhood Board No. 6 meetings are aired on Channel

49 the first and third Sundays of the month at 12:00 p.m. and the 4th Thursday at 9:00 p.m. or online, anytime at http://olelo.org
