PLEASE NOTE: As this is the board’s initial convening meeting of the July 1, 2011 to June 30, 2013 term, the board must accomplish certain organizational and administrative matters as required by the Neighborhood Plan 2008 [NP] (available online at www1.honolulu.gov/nco). See NP §§2-14-102(a), 2-14-103.
 
Rules of Speaking: Anyone wishing to speak is asked to raise their hand, and when recognized by the Chair, to address comments to the Chair. Speakers are encouraged to keep their comments under 3 minutes, and those giving reports are urged to keep their reports under 3 minutes. Please silence all electronic devices.
 
Note: The Board may take action on any agenda item. As required by the State Sunshine Law (Hawaii Revised Statutes Section 92-3), specific issues not noted on this agenda cannot be voted on, unless added to the agenda.

4.1     One vacancy exists in Subdistrict 1 – East Kaimuki and Business District
Two vacancies exists in Subdistrict 3 – West Kaimuki
4.2           If needed, a short recess to administer the oath of office to any newly appointed board member(s) [NP2-14-101(a)]
