Meet at WCC at 8:40 a.m. and walk w/Jeff to catch #4 University (City Bus). Exit bus at Vineyard at Nu`uanu. Those driving meet Jeff at reception area at garden. Joyce Spoehr will conduct the tour.

• Lyon Orchid Garden - A collection of Old and New World orchid species
  
• Main Terrace - The oldest part of the garden dating from 1853
  
• Middle Terraces - Palms, aroids, heliconia and ginger plants
  
• Economic Garden - Herb garden, spices, dyes, poisons and beverage plants
  
• Prehistoric Glen - Primitive plants from around the world
  
• The Orchid Conservatory - Blooming orchid display
  
• Butterfly Garden - A colorful open-air habitat for Hawaii's butterflies
  
• Exceptional Trees - 24 trees designated "exceptional" throughout the Garden

Cost for WCC members $5 non-members $8. You must be ambulatory (1 hour, 5.5 acre) on walking tour. Foster Garden does not furnish places to sit throughout the property.
Lunch to follow at Zippy's on Vineyard Street (no-host). Payment deadline at WCC is August 15th. If driving parking is free at Fosters Botanical Garden.
