IHOP signs at Lanihau Center, Kailua-Kona

Breakfast leader IHOP has signed a lease for 2,895 square feet at Lanihau Center in the heart of Kailua-Kona, Big Island. The family-friendly restaurant will open next to Famous Footwear as the third franchise of Vince Espinosa, who also franchises the Hilo and Waikiki locations. Outside of its breakfast favorites, IHOP also serves all-American favorites for lunch and dinner.

Lanihau Center is a popular gathering place in the historic village, boasting 88,300 square feet of leasable space. Sack N Save and Longs Drugs anchor the center. For information on other leasing opportunities at Lanihau, contact Darren or Sean.
