• IRS Tax Forms And Publications Available At Kaimuki Public Library

TAX FORMS AT KAIMUKI LIBRARY 2014 State of Hawaii personal income tax materials (Forms N-11, N-13, and N-15) are now available inside the library entrance, across from Circulation. Federal materials are forthcoming. Forms 1040, 1040A, and 1040EZ are the only federal income tax materials that will be provided, with no instruction booklets or additional forms other than reproducible copies that will be kept at the reference desk for in-library use. Materials and information can be obtained online at www.irs.gov (federal) and tax.hawaii.gov (State of Hawaii). HSPLS employees do not provide tax advice.

NEED HAWAII STATE TAX FORMS?

Public libraries statewide will serve as distribution outlets for Hawaii State tax forms, thanks to a continuing partnership between the Hawaii State Public Library System and the State Department of Taxation. Library staff will supply the forms, but are not trained to assist with tax questions. Tax forms may also be downloaded from the State Department of Taxation at http://tax.hawaii.gov/forms/.

About Kaimuki Public Library
The mission of the Hawaii State Public Library System is to provide Hawaii's residents, in all walks of life, and at each stage of their lives, with access to education, information, programs and services, and to teach and nurture the love of reading and the habit of life-long learning.

Library Cards
You may apply for a library card at any Hawaii public library. The initial card is FREE for Hawaii residents. Cards are also free for military personnel and their dependents with a copy of orders. The resident card replacement fee is $5.00. Resident library cards must be renewed every five years. There is no charge for the renewal.
