Beall Corp Signs Two New Tenants

Disney Vacation Club will open an office at Ko Olina Center in late 2015 to complement the company's Aulani Resort & Spa, located directly across the street. The second floor, 2,855 square foot space will be used as a sales center for Disney Vacation Club membership. Limited office space is still available in the center.

The busy mixed-use complex is comprised of Ko Olina Center & Ko Olina Station within the master-planned Ko Olina Resort. The resort will soon celebrate the opening of a Four Season Resort, ushering in a new era of luxury for the destination.

Paradise Real Estate Hawaii is the latest tenant to sign a lease at Haleiwa Plantation Shops. The North Shore based real estate company will be moving to a 496 square foot unit and is expected to open soon. Only one unit remains in the building, which also houses North Shore Goodies, Wow Wow Lemondade, Bubble Shack Hawaii, and Julian & Coco Events.
