Arts & Culture Survey

The SFCA is undertaking a five-year and beyond planning and strategy development effort and would like your help. We are more interested in developing a focused set of priorities than a fancy plan that will sit on a shelf. Please help us out by filling out this short questionnaire about arts and culture in Hawaiʻi.

Mahalo, Jonathan Johnson, Executive Director

The Hawai‘i State Foundation on Culture and the Arts is a government agency, established by the Hawai‘i State Legislature in 1965, to promote, perpetuate, preserve and encourage culture and the arts, history and the humanities as central to the quality of life of the people of Hawai‘i.
