Honolulu, Hawaii - The neighborhood businesses of kaimuki announces "Third Fridays Kaimuki", an eating-tasting, shopping, sampling, art viewing walkabout.

This historic neighborhood, long known for it's family owned businesses, traditional and progressive shops, farmers markets, eateries, theatre, bakeries and restaurants will be hosting an event to showcase the richness and diversity of this exciting neighborhood. This family friendly event will take place every "Third Friday" beginning September 21, 2012. The walkabout will begin in the late afternoon, and run until the early evening. (6pm-9pm)

The business's bordered by Koko Head Ave to 8th Ave and Waialae will be opening their collective doors to the neighbors and public, providing entertainment and free samples to promote and showcase the offerings of this thriving neighborhood. The event is a family friendly affair and FREE to attend.

Join us to experience why we love Kaimuki so much.

Select merchants will be hosting live music, visual arts, fashion and a passport card where if you get the card stamped by 5 different participating merchants you will get a free gift, until supply last, (ex: gift card to restaurants, coffee cards, free 2 weeks unlimited yoga and so on).
