We have the best selection of yoga mats, accessories, props and yoga lifestyle products in town. Select items will be on sale including Yoga Kits with everything you need to start your yoga practice!
Free Yoga Breathing Class: Unleash the Power of Prana! 6 – 6:30PM (casual dress permitted)
For the beginner to the seasoned practitioner. Join studio owner and experienced yoga teacher, Maya Siklai, for an exploration of the breath and the powerful energy called Prana that it helps us to harness creating profound effects on your body, mood and stress level!
Kirtan: Live Music and Mantra singing 7-9PM (All ages welcome)
This is a performance that you can take part in! Sing along to uplifting chants from all over the world and all different faiths accompanied by live musicians. No singing experience necessary! Just soak up the good vibes and sing along.
Indian Food & Henna Body Art! 6-9PM (provided by local vendors)
Fresh Indian snacks and sweets as well as home made chai (delicious Indian tea made with flavorful spices) will be offered for sale in our small studio. Stay to get a temporary Henna body art design by Hau'oli Henna. This ancient traditional art form has been used for centuries to adorn the hands and feet of Indian brides and performers as well as to mark special holidays and ceremonies. These fun and beautiful designs are created with completely natural and safe plant pigments that stain the skin and wears off in 1-2weeks
We'll also be selling home made Indian snacks and chai so you can get a taste of India!

ABOUT YOGA HAWAII
 Founded in 1999, Yoga Hawaii is one of Oahu's first yoga studios and offers authentic yoga instruction in various established styles of yoga and levels of classes to suit everyone in the community.
We believe that everyone can benefit from yoga and are regularly adding classes to cater to special needs. Here you'll find vigorous vinyasa and ashtanga classes for seasoned practitioners, to Yoga 101 for newbies, and workshops on yoga philosophy, alignment, and wellness from local and visiting expert teachers for everyone to deepen their knowledge!
Never tried yoga before? Have no fear! We offer a Free Intro to Yoga class every Friday night from 6-7:30PM with one of our excellent teachers. This is a great opportunity to try it out; even from the first class you will notice benefits that only deepen and increase with a regular practice.
Yoga is not just exercise, it is a method to help us live more peaceful, joyful and balanced lives! Come discover how good you'll feel, inside and out.
