 Our firm was founded in Honolulu in January 2002 by Caron Broederdorf. She started in real estate in 1989, arriving in Honolulu with little money and a big dream.
Because of her strong belief in hard work, customer service, personal integrity, and a "team" attitude toward the real estate business, the company has prospered and grown. Caron mentors new team members and consistently helps her Team Agents become top producers, with a focus on providing knowledge and service to clients.
Today, our main office location is 3555 Harding Ave Suite 2A, Honolulu HI 96816. We have served the public from this location since 2004.
Prior to opening Caron B Realty, Caron worked as a RE/MAX superstar. In 2000, Caron was nominated for their 2000 Businesswoman of the Year award. In 2001, she ranked Top 5 of the Honolulu Board of Realtors statewide, ranked 31st out of 6,700 RE/MAX agents serving California and Hawaii properties.
 After starting her own firm, Caron was recognized by Pacific Business News as one of Hawaii's Fastest 50 Small Businesses in Hawaii. She was also recognized as one of the Top Forty Under 40 business superstars.
She consistently sells nine times the volume of the average realtor in Hawaii, and has been inducted into the Large Franchise National Association of Realtors International Hall of Fame.
Caron is also a motivational speaker and launched a speaking career at one of the busiest points of her career. She has been invited to address groups such as the Australian Real Estate Conference in Sydney, as well as local business groups and women's organizations on topics ranging from the keys to success in business to the importance of life planning. Through these presentations, Caron shares how she managed to triple her bottom line and decrease the number of hours she works and enjoy a balanced life.
Caron's presentation at the annual Junior League of Honolulu Women's Conference was well received. The conference, called Her Story, was the highest attended presentation of the conference. Her inspiring message is meaningful for business people in general, but particularly for the contemporary woman looking to balance her life.
Caron's philosophy of sharing her systems of success and mentoring promising real estate professionals garners loyalty from her team as well as recognition from her peers.
