Spring 2020 Program Information

Call your local park, pool, or recreation facility for more information as dates and times may vary by site. Check out our comprehensive map to view city park facilities in your neighborhood.

Program Period:

Begins Monday, January 27, 2020 (may vary by site)

Online Registration (for most free classes):

Begins Monday, January 6, 2020 at 9 a.m. and finishes Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. Hawai‘i Standard Time. Click here to access the registration page. If you require computer access for online regisration, please call the district office numbers listed below.

Walk-in Registration (for paid classes):

District I (Hawaiʻi Kai to McCully) ph. (808) 768-8944 and District II (Makiki to ʻAiea) ph. (808) 768-9292

Janaury 14, 2020 -- 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
January 15 & 16, 2020 -- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

District III (Pearlridge to Waiʻanae to Wahiawā) ph. (808) 675-7130, District IV (Waialua to Waimānalo) ph. (808) 768-8980, and District V (Patsy T. Mink Central O‘ahu Regional Park) (808) 677-8849

January 15, 2020 -- 6 p.m. to 8 p.m.
January 16 & 17, 2020 -- 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Holidays:

Monday, January 20 - Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Day (3rd Monday in January)
Monday, February 17 - Presidents' Day (3rd Monday in February)
Thursday, March 26 - Prince Jonah Kūhiō Kalaniana‘ole Day (26th Day of March)
Friday, April 10 - Good Friday (Friday preceding Easter Sunday)

Refunds:

Recreation Classes: Refunds will be allowed for requests submitted before and including the first class meeting of the class. No refund will be made after the first meeting of the class, original receipt is required.

Cancelled Classes: Refunds will be made for classes cancelled by the Department. If class is cancelled after a number of sessions have already been held, refunds will be made on a prorate basis of completed sessions. No refunds for less than $5 dollars.

Checks payable to: City and County of Honolulu

Checks or exact change preferred.

The online registration period for Spring 2020 program classes will begin Monday, January 6, 2020 at 9 a.m. and finish Friday, January 10, 2020 at 11:59 p.m. (Hawai`i Standard Time). This is for most free classes.

Standard/Walk-in Registration (paid classes and still available free classes) for all parks & pools in District I (Hawai`i Kai to McCully) & District II (Makiki to `Aiea) will be on January 14, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and January 15 & 16, 2020 from 2 p.m. to 5 p.m.

Standard/Walk-in Registration for all parks & pools in District III (Pearlridge to Wai`anae to Wahiawa), District IV (Waialua to Waimanalo), and District V (Patsy T. Mink Central O`ahu Regional Park) will be on January 15, 2020 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. and January 16 & 17, 2020 from 2 p.m. to p.m.

Please call the respective park/pool where the classes is being held at for more information.

Spring 2020 Program classes start the week of January 27, 2020 unless otherwise noted.
