~Swedish Massage~ The most familiar form of massage which utilizes oils or lotions and includes long strokes, kneading, and light friction to help the body to remove metabolic waste and stimulate the skin and nervous system.

~Shiatsu~ Originated in Japan, using finger or thumb pressure on the body's meridian (energy pathways) to open up blocked energy and soothe knotted muscles. A painful pleasure, but potent in healing and relaxing.

~ Sports Massage/ Deep Tissue~ Sports massage is part of a winning game plan whether you're an avid athlete, weekend sportsman, or just suffering from the wear and tear of daily life. This massage combines with deep tissue work and passive stretching. Designed to maximize results for physical active men/women to prepare and stimulate primary muscle groups. It also, helps improve range of motion, reduces lactic acid build up, and realigns muscle fibers.

~Soft Tissue Mobilization~ Myofascial Release is the stretching of the fascia, a thin tissue that covers every muscle and fiber within each muscle. When fibers are injured they become short and tight. Applying gentle traction and pressure to help relax muscle spasms and breakdown adhesions (knots) in the connective tissue. The body responds to this therapy by releasing tension, increasing flexibility, and mobility of the muscles.

~Reflexology~ Works on the principles that all the body's organs are connected to reflex points in the feet; pressure point massage can help better blood circulation in the feet.

~ Massage Sampler~ We offer chair massage for the neck, shoulders, and back aches due to stress from sitting in front of the computer, office politics, or just overall quick fix stress reliever.

Facials/ Waxing

Facials - Each facial is custom designed for your skin's needs. All facials include a complete skin care analysis, steam, deep cleansing, exfoliation, impurity extractions, face and decollete massage, and either a hydration or purifying mask. I also include a moisturizing and treatment with heated mitts.

Signature European Facial - For all skin types. Skin is steamed, deep cleansed, exfoliated, massaged, and masked.

Collagen Facial - For dehydrated, tired skin. Bring back that bounce to your smile. This facial will restore cells leaving them full and firm. Fine lines and dehydration are no match for my combination of soft collagen cream and a freeze dried collagen blanket. You will feel the amazing affect for days.

Custom Facial - I'll diagnose your skins condition in this thorough facial treatment. Recommended for those experiencing a facial for the first time, or those who wish to address specific.

Aromatherapy Facial - A unique facial that starts with a cleansing and gomage peeling followed by lympharoma facial massage using the purest, most aromatic blended oils to eliminate fatigue, stress and tension.

Repechage Four-Layer Facial - For all skin types. This famous facial uses the elements of the sea to create dramatic results. Layer 1 consists of a seaweed filtrate from freshly harvested seaweed to rebalance and tone the skin. Layer 2 is a hydrating cream and facial massaged into the skin. Layer 3 is a fresh seaweed mask made to activate the properties of the seaweed mask beneath it. If you are allergic to iodine this facial is not for you.

Teen Facial - Skin evaluation with deep pore cleansing to remove impurities and treat youthful skin. Followed by advice on daily skin care maintenance.

Glycolic 30/ Lactic 40 Peels - An application of acid helps loosen dead skin cells to enhance moisture. Improves uneven skin tone and texture to help reverse the effects of the sun or acne. A series of (6) is recommended.

Repechage Purifying Facial - This purifying aromatherapy facial is designed to clarify congested skin or acne prone skin. Includes extensive pore cleansing through extraction and a calming mask that leaves skin clean and fresh.

Foot Reflexology - This is an ancient foot massage incorporating pressure points connected to the bodies organs. This massage helps to bring the body back to its inner balance.

Waxing - All About Facials & Waxing carries an azulene wax for sensitive skin. Please let me know if you are taking any medication for your skin prior to facial waxing, including retin-A, accutane, or alpha-hydroxyl acids.
