Description/Comments:
Head Instructor Brian Wong has been training Chinese Kempo in Kaimuki since 1991. In 1998, he took over the school from his instructor, Jonathon Vance, and has continued to teach since that time.

Classes focus on self defense, utilizing techniques from Chinese Kempo and Gracie Jiu-Jitsu, which Instructor Wong has trained since 1994.

Emphasis is placed on using leverage and proper body mechanics over brute strength. If you are interested in learning simple, effective self defense in a safe, fun environment, come check us out!

HOURS
Classes are held on Tuesdays and Thursdays

Children's class 5:00 - 6:00 PM
Adult strength and conditioning class 6:00 PM - 7:00 PM
Adult Self Defense Class 7:00 PM - 9:00 PM
