MISSION: SECOH provides personalized services to people with disabilities in the spirit of enriching lives. Nurturing Lives & Cultivating Communities - Established in 1965 by Sister Agnes Jerome Murphy. WATCH VIDEO VISION: People are valued and treated with dignity and respect. VALUES: Integrity Dignity Conviction SERVICES: Day Services: Center based activities and instruction including community outings. Respite: Temporary residential placement. Personal Assistance/Habilitation: One-on-one community based activities and instruction. Residential Habilitation: One-on-one support in state licensed and certified residential settings beyond the care and supervision typically provided. Skilled Nursing: Nursing assessments and intervention. Day Services for People with Acquired Disabilities due to Aging: Center based activities and instruction including community outings. Family Support for People with Acquired Disabilities due to Aging: Respite and companionship for families and care providers. EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR: Sandra J.
